Shipping Details: All rings include fully insured two-day shipping. Once your ring is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and undamaged, with all original documentation and packaging intact.
- Rings that arrive damaged or defective are covered under our 30-day replacement process — see our Warranty page.
- All returns must include the original documentation. A $150 fee will be charged for replacing any missing diamond certificates or other essential documents.

- Unaltered Items for Exchange: No restocking fee will be assessed for exchange.
