The team including Mubin, and others, were exceptional. The transaction was smooth and issue free. Mubin assisted me with creating a custom ring for my upcoming anniversary and delivered, on-time, in-line with the expedited delivery window. I HIGHLY recommend this store. I was shopping for something special for my wife and even though we could not find what we were looking for I must really appreciate Jay who gave outstanding product feedback and guided us in the right way I now do know that there is a store that specializes in American jewelries where sales guys are honest and I will definitely visit again.

Dropped my ring off in an awful state, loose prongs, dirty, scratched up from constant wear...pictures are of my ring a week later after refurbish service, it looks stunning and brand new! Couldn't believe it. Amazing and affordable place.
