Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
At Manzeni, we stand behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive lifetime manufacturing warranty. Here's what you can expect from our warranty.
- If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us so we may evaluate your piece. A $50 deposit will be taken before the shipment of your item to Manzeni for evaluation, which covers the cost of shipping the item and an evaluation by our expert jewelers to determine if the damage is warrantied. This fee is refunded in full for all warrantied repairs. We also offer complimentary shipping back to the customer for all warrantied repairs. Repairs that are not covered under the lifetime warranty will have a price quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed. If approved, the deposit will be applied to this repair. If the customer chooses not to perform the repair, the deposit will be applied to cover the shipping charge back to the customer after evaluation.
- If a warranty issue is found, Manzeni will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge.
- Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Manzeni will void the warranty. Manzeni will replace any damaged fine jewelry within 30 days of purchase. All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.
Warranty Limitations:
While our warranty provides extensive coverage, there are some limitations to be aware of:
- Normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Repairs conducted by another jeweler void the warranty.
- Loss of center stones or side stones is not covered.
- Complete loss or theft of the ring is not covered for replacement.
Examples of Normal Wear and Tear

Jewelry that comes into contact with household cleaners, cosmetics, or swimming pool chemicals may discolor.

With regular use, the prongs on rings and other jewelry can wear down, reducing their ability to securely hold stones.

The backings of earrings can become loose over time with regular use, leading to a less secure fit.

The band of a ring, especially if it's very delicate, can wear down over time due to normal use.

Exposure to harsh chemicals, sunlight, or abrasive conditions can cause certain gemstones to become dull or fade. This is particularly common with more porous gemstones such as opals, moonstones, and pearls.

Frequent contact with most surfaces can lead to visible scratches on rings or other jewelry pieces, which is typical with regular use.

Prongs that hold gemstones in place can bend when they catch on fabric or are knocked against a hard surface.

Over time, daily activities can cause settings to loosen, especially in rings and earrings. You may always bring your piece in for complimentary re-tightening.

Accidents can happen. Typically, a significant amount of force or pressure must be applied to bend or crush a ring. This occurrence is not considered normal wear and tear, as it usually results from an unusual external impact.

Over time, the rhodium plating on white gold jewelry will wear off, revealing the natural yellowish-white color of the metal beneath. This is a natural and expected process and does not harm the integrity of the jewelry. Yearly re-plating can restore the original appearance.
