• All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Manzeni. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order information. This email confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, but rather serves as acknowledgment of receipt.

4. Payment:

• Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

• All prices are listed in USD, and all payments must be made in this currency unless otherwise specified during checkout.

5. Shipping:

• We offer shipping to the following countries and regions: United States 🇺🇸.
• Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.
• Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
• Made-to-order items require additional time for production and are typically ready for dispatch within 2-I 5 weeks since we need to make the item from scratch.
• Orders are dispatched according to the estimated delivery time on each product page.
• Free shipping is available to domestic US customers for orders over $500. Shipping and duties are the responsibility of international clients.

6. Returns and Exchanges:

• If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery of the item. You must include the ring, the ring box, and any original documentation.  All items must be in their original condition, and all rings and diamonds will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed. Rings or diamonds that have been tampered with will not be returned or exchanged. 
• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please refer to our Returns Policy, which outlines the process and conditions for returning or exchanging an item.
• Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or engraved jewelry, may not be eligible for return or exchange.

We only allow one item to be returned/exchanged per customer, per year.

7. Order Cancellation:

• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a cancellation, any payment made will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
